Crossroads Church of Hamburg, NJ, USA is the umbrella organization for Jerusalem Tabernacle of David. JTOD reports directly to Crossroads' pastor and deacons for accountability. JTOD's Teddy Chadwick served on Crossroads staff as Music Director from 2000 thru 2004. During this time, Teddy joined with the Philipino-American pastors in 24-hour Worship Jesus Celebrations, helping to manage at least five celebrations and directing/hosting two celebrations at Crossroads Church.

In October of 2003, Teddy Chadwick received a strong urging from the LORD to help with 24-7 worship in Israel. After 14 months of prayer, he took the step of faith and has been in Israel ever since.
